Approval wording must be exact
Ask which entity holds which licence, registration, qualification or approval, for what activity, territory and validity. A supplier or product status should not be rewritten as blanket contractor approval.
Project acceptance remains condition-specific
The consultant and authority review the proposed systems, drawings, method, material and contractor route against the actual project and fire strategy.
Installation quality needs evidence
Opening surveys, system schedules, trained teams, material control, inspection, tags, deviations, photographs and close-out determine whether the approved route reaches the building.
Project-specific verification
Codes, approvals, credentials, system evidence and authority requirements change. Confirm the current legal entity, scope, project specification and acceptance route before procurement or installation.
