An expansion joint is a moving interface, not a gap to fill. Expected movement, joint width, substrate, traffic, water, fire rating, finish, transitions and adjacent waterproofing determine the correct system.
Vortexen can survey existing or new joints, coordinate technical selection, repair edges and substrates, install compatible systems and document transitions. Fire-rated assemblies remain matched to the actual joint and accepted evidence.
