Vortexen supports defined project, maintenance, shutdown and specialist execution requirements with technical personnel and crews. The service is structured around competence, legal work route, mobilization readiness and accountable site control—not CV forwarding alone.

Availability, work authorization, client access, certification, accommodation, transport, tools, shifts and timesheet approval differ by country and project. These must be resolved before a mobilization date is promised.
