Structural fireproofing in the UAE must account for extreme ambient summer temperatures exceeding 45°C, high coastal humidity, and aggressive airborne salinity along Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman project sites.

Vortexen coordinates project-specific intumescent, cementitious and board fireproofing submittals aligned with UAE Fire Code requirements for 60 to 180-minute ratings.

Calculations use certified member section factors (Hp/A and A/V). Application is strictly controlled to ensure primer compatibility, dew-point margins (≥ 3°C above dew point), calibrated dry film thickness (DFT) logs, and certified topcoat UV protection.

United Arab Emirates Compliance & Authority Pathway:Submittals include Civil Defence approved system certificates, member-by-member thickness calculations, and independent third-party DFT inspection logs.
