Technischer Umfang

Hydrocarbon pool fire and jet fire protection for UAE oil, gas and energy assets.

Engineered for critical onshore and offshore energy infrastructure in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including ADNOC operating zones, refinery units, chemical storage, and power generation facilities.

Systems are tested to UL 1709 rapid-temperature-rise curves (reaching 1093°C within 5 minutes) and ISO 22899 jet fire exposure, mitigating blast overpressure, structural collapse, and cryogenic liquid spill hazards.

Vortexen manages abrasive blasting to Sa 2.5, carbon/glass fiber reinforcing mesh, heavy-duty epoxy intumescent application, and high-density cementitious builds with CICPA-cleared site crews.

United Arab Emirates Compliance & Authority Pathway:Aligned with ADNOC project specifications, API RP 2218 guidelines, and UAE Civil Defence industrial facility safety requirements.
