Control corrosion from substrate preparation to final inspection.

A coating system fails at its weakest interface. Surface contamination, soluble salts, preparation grade, profile, climate, stripe coats, recoat windows and final film thickness are as important as the product name.

Vortexen structures coating work around the substrate, environment, chemical or immersion duty, approved system and inspection plan. Specialist or regulated applications remain subject to manufacturer, operator and project qualification.
